Mattityahu Levi: Matthew's Account

  • Led by Rick Spurlock.
  • Saturdays @ 9:30 AM in the modular.
  • The Book of Matthew is a book of discipleship. It is a radical call to follow a thoroughly Jewish Messiah. The Book of Matthew leaves little room for "half-hearted" discipleship, and our Master has called us all to follow Him zealously. This takes a look at the Book of Matthew from a Hebraic perspective. We will strip back the layers of language and culture and examine more fully the context and reality of what Yeshua intended for his disciples.
  • It is open to all adults, and there is a workbook available for those who want background material. The workbook is not required.

Tuesday Night Classes

Hebrew Class

  • Led by Matt Nadler.
  • Begins January 22, 2008
  • Tuesday nights @ 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
  • Learn to read Hebrew through decoding letters, vowels, and words. After this primer a student should be able recognize and sound out everything necessary to begin deciphering Hebrew texts. This is great for people who want to start learning the language ( i.e. get your feet wet), or want a little review of the basics. Families welcome!
